1. Who we are

This website is operated by CurveHDD Limited, part of the Curve IP Group, a company registered in England and Wales. References to "we", "us", or "our" mean CurveHDD Limited.

Contact for data matters: contact form on this website.

2. What data we collect and why

Contact form enquiries

When you complete the contact form we collect your name, email address, company name (optional), and message. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry. It is transmitted via Resend (a transactional email service) and delivered to our team by email. We do not store form submissions in any database beyond what is held in our email inbox.

Website analytics

We may collect anonymised, aggregated usage data through Vercel (our hosting provider). No personally identifiable information is collected. No third-party tracking cookies are set by this website.

CurveHDD desktop software

The CurveHDD desktop application handles project and engineering data separately from this website. Please refer to the in-application licence agreement and the software's own data handling notice.

3. Legal basis for processing

Processing your contact form submission is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

4. Who we share your data with

We use Resend (resend.com) solely to deliver your contact form submission to our team by email. Resend processes data under its own privacy policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties.

5. How long we keep your data

Contact form submissions are retained in our email inbox for as long as necessary to manage the enquiry and any resulting business relationship. You may request deletion at any time via the contact form.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data; to restrict or object to processing; and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us via the contact form. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

7. Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Session cookies may be set by Vercel infrastructure for performance and security purposes.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the website after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

9. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
